with a new black fabric pen from muji - it is already much easier to draw on the cloth. but the red pen...um.. still need to figure that out. hope she won't mind n will actually use it :(
outlining with black on bag...
the final product:
initial "mock up" using paint...
now that i look at it again, seems like making it all B&W may be better....oh well it's a little too late to undo it

How can you get that ironed on?
Take a look at this: http://www.cheapman.com.hk/product.html
this one i didn't iron on~ i drew directly onto the cloth. if i were to iron it i'd hv to use the "transfer paper" and hv the image printed by an ink jet~
Oh this is sweet! Did you send a design for the Frinton press submission?
why your hands dont shake and can draw the lines so firmly on fabric (fabric stretches too!). Ging!
Deborah: yesyes thanks for the reminder and I'll be submitting another 2 new designs to them today ^^ are you going to too?
Helen: the cloth wasn't too stretchy, perhaps it's quite "thin"? so it's not too bad :D
SUPER!! My daughter also favors bunnies. I'll have to show this to her.
I like the red toadstool bit, it makes it look more finished somehow. I think you did the right thing!
thanks both! i'm looking to doing more bags once i get the raw materials ready! cheers
